Bios & Descriptions

Farzaan Aleem: Short-form content creator on TikTok who rose to fame through the use of his byefarzy account. He creates skits and vignettes that deal with relatable situations in everyday life. He has more than 3.4 million followers and 334 million likes on the platform. His oldest archived TikTok is a stitched video dated December of 2021. His videos often address his experiences as an Indian Muslim. In February of 2022, he shared a tutorial on how he keeps his curly hair looking fresh. The following month one of his skits went viral with more than 2.5 million views.

Director Faizan Syed brings years of experience training young Muslims to organize, advocate, and lead with excellence. His workshops blend faith, activism, and practical leadership tools to inspire meaningful change.

Safa Ahmed: serves as a key leader with the Indian American Muslim Council (IAMC), where she works to advance human rights, religious freedom, and civic empowerment for Indian Muslim communities across the United States. Through her strategic coordination, advocacy efforts, and community engagement initiatives, Safa helps mobilize volunteers, strengthen interfaith partnerships, and amplify critical issues affecting marginalized communities. Her work reflects a deep commitment to justice, equity, and building coalitions that protect the civil and constitutional rights of all people.
