Our Mission: At Inspiring Young Leaders (IYL), our mission is to cultivate a generation of confident, courageous, and compassionate Muslim leaders. Rooted in the timeless principles of the Qur’an and Sunnah, we empower high school and college-age students with the tools, training, and mentorship they need to lead with purpose and integrity in every sphere of society.

About Us: Inspiring Young Leaders (IYL) is a faith-rooted leadership development initiative founded by

Faizan Syed, a dynamic speaker, professional debater, and visionary changemaker. With an extensive legacy as the former Executive Director of CAIR, the founder of A Continuous Charity (ACC)

, and a seasoned media expert featured in hundreds of interviews, Faizan brings both depth and dedication to empowering the next generation.

At IYL, we recognize the urgent need to restore strong, values-driven leadership within the Muslim community. Our goal is to train and inspire high school and college-aged Muslims to rise as the leaders our Ummah and world so desperately need.
